Philosophy

At Spice 16U 08 Perez, we believe in competing hard while maintaining a positive and supportive environment. Our focus is on building an environment of trust and accountability among players, coaches and parents, which allows both the team and individual players to achieve their goals. We work with hitting coach Mike Fagaly, who won a national youth fastpitch championship in California and coached his daughter, Hooch, to a UW scholarship. Our players also receive 1-on-1 coaching from current UW players, and have year-round access to both indoor and outdoor facilities. We are also HS friendly and encourage our players to cross-train their bodies and develop their physical and psycho-social skills by competing in multiple HS sports.  We don't just coach players, we coach people, and support their growth in every way we can.
