Coaches

Seattle Spice is very excited to welcome a new coaching staff for our 12U program.  The staff will be led by Gigi Vargas and will also include Duff Weber, Kevin Ledoux and Brad Dodgion.  This group has a great deal of experience coaching softball and we are looking forward to another fun season in 12U.

General

We are looking for all positions for our 12-13 player game roster and seeking a 3 or 4 players for our reserve roster.  Reserve players come to all practices, have access to specialized training with UW players and the opportunity to be called up for tournaments as needed.  We practice in Seattle at parks in North Seattle neighborhood areas.

Philosophy

We are committed to helping our young athletes be excellent teammates, strengthen their fundamentals and develop both individually and as a team.  Building a close-nit, fun team environment and the self-esteem of our players will always be our top priority.  We embrace and encourage multi-sport athletes and are a Little League friendly program.
