​Philosophy

We believe in competing hard while maintaining a positive environment - building an environment of trust among players and coaching staff and parents so we can all learn and improve at this game while creating lasting memories.

We believe that the hard-work and coaching emphasis happens at practice and that the tournaments/games are a place to play aggressively and free and are a test of our personal development in skills and teamwork.   We seek players who can dedicate themselves to routinely practicing as a team 2 days a week and individual skill development with Spice or with personal/private coaching an additional day.

​

We are supportive of players commitments to other High School sports and activities and will work with players/families to balance the School and Club commitments.  We value the versatility of multi-sport athletes and the well rounded experience this offers to players - however, we may not be a fit for a player who plays another sport at a club/select level due to degree of scheduling conflicts that will likely arise throughout the year.

Details
 

• Practices: we practice 2-3 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday is typical) in North Seattle, Shoreline and Mountlake Terrace area fields/facilities
   

• Competitive Level: we plan to be an A level team in 2024/25 with a roster of experienced players looking to compete at a high level and pursue college opportunities
   

• Tournaments: we plan to play up to 12-15 tournaments per season; we do not play during the High School season (Feb through May).  We play primarily in regional (Pacific Northwest) tournaments with the potential for 1 to 3 "fly away" tournaments.
